Shipment Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 7–10 business days of receipt.
- Orders are not processed or shipped from Thursday, 12 pm EST through Saturday, or during holidays.
- During peak periods, such as holidays or sales events, shipments may experience delays. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Mamluk Jewelry is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All such fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility, including tariffs, taxes, and other associated costs.

Returns and Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with detailed information about the product and attach photos of the defect on the same day of delivery. Additionally, file a claim with the shipping company to report the incident.
- Investigation and Resolution: Upon receipt of your complaint, we will investigate the issue thoroughly and notify you via email within a reasonable timeframe. If your claim is validated, we will either replace the defective product or issue a refund using the original payment method. Please allow 20–25 business days for the refund process.
Return Process
- Shipping: Please use a reliable carrier that offers tracking (e.g., DHL, FedEx) for returning the item. Ship it to our store and ensure the package, as you are responsible for the item until it is received back by Mamluk Jewelry. Our claims window is within 5 days after your order is received.
Important Notes
- Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Refunds will not be issued for items that have been damaged or altered before arriving back to us. Returns will not be accepted after the 5-day return period has expired.
- Return Shipping Costs: As these items are directly shipped to your doorstep, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Standard Sizes: Our items are available in standard sizes. Please refer to the ring size chart before placing your order. If Mamluk Jewelry has sent the correct size, no replacement or refund will be provided.
